1.1. By enrolling in the Zeazh Internship Program, participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
1.2. Zeazh reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2.1. The internship program is open to 3rd and 4th-year students only.
2.2. Applicants must provide accurate and complete personal and educational information.
3.1. The enrollment fee is ₹1000 per student, payable upon registration.
3.2. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by Zeazh.
3.3. Payment confirmations must be retained for future reference.
4.1. The internship program lasts for three months, including training and project work.
4.2. Students are expected to complete all assigned tasks, projects, and evaluations.
4.3. Failure to comply with program guidelines may result in dismissal without refund.
5.1. Team leads are selected based on merit and prior performance.
5.2. Team leads are responsible for managing 25 students and ensuring task completion.
6.1. Team leads receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month for two months after training.
6.2. Stipend disbursement depends on satisfactory performance and program completion.
7.1. Students successfully completing the internship will receive a certificate of completion.
7.2. Outstanding performers may receive letters of recommendation (LOR) and potential job referrals.
8.1. Students must maintain professional behavior and adhere to ethical standards.
8.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will result in immediate termination.
9.1. All projects and deliverables created during the internship are the property of Zeazh.
9.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of intellectual property is prohibited.
10.1. Students must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the program.
10.2. Any breach of confidentiality may lead to legal action.
11.1. Zeazh is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or technical issues arising from program participation.
11.2. Students are encouraged to have appropriate technical setups for remote work.
12.1. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
12.2. The decision of the arbitration panel shall be final and binding.
13.1. Zeazh reserves the right to terminate the program at any time for unforeseen reasons.
13.2. In such cases, students will be notified and compensated as per applicable policies.
14.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
14.2. Any legal action related to the program shall be filed in the jurisdiction of Zeazh's registered office.
By enrolling in the program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
